Nolan Baker

President & CEO

As a military veteran, founder of America’s Retirement Headquarters, and a licensed agent, broker, and Investment Adviser Representative, Nolan Baker is focused on helping clients develop a well-thought-out strategy for retirement income. He has dedicated his life and career to helping people work toward financial freedom throughout their retirement.

“My clients love the idea of having a ‘personal chief financial officer,’ or ‘CFO’ — one person to take care of coordinating all of their financial and retirement needs,” Nolan says. “Since I formed and own my own RIA, I have been held to a fiduciary standard since August 2014.”

Nolan obtained his insurance license and got his start in the industry in 1994, just one month after he turned 18.

“My father and mother taught me early in life the value of being self-employed, and my father’s best friend was a financial professional who mentored me,” Nolan says.

Nolan’s father passed away suddenly from a heart attack at just 49 years old. This tragic and sudden experience led Nolan to discover his purpose in life — to help others have an enjoyable retirement that his father was never able to experience. Nolan also lost his brother and mother unexpectedly, so he recognized that though life isn’t always a smooth or easy ride, planning ahead can help through difficult circumstances.

Over his two-decade career, Nolan has specialized in several facets of retirement planning, including the distribution of retirement savings, transitioning into retirement, asset reallocation, estate and legacy planning, and multigenerational plans.

Nolan has passed the Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities exams. He holds insurance licenses in life, casualty, health, property, and variable annuities.
He has an associate degree in financial management technology from Owens College. In addition, Nolan’s advice has appeared in The Toledo Free Press and Senior Market Advisor Magazine and on NewsRadio 1370 WSPD, among others.

In 2016, Nolan, along with a group of other professionals, formed Peak Reps, LLC. This company owns Peak Brokerage Services, Blackridge Asset Management, and Top Advisors Group. All three of these companies provide back-office support and operations for licensed financial professionals across the United States. In 2017, Nolan helped launch The Peak Performance Series, which is a live training program for financial professionals held every four months. This program helps advisors share their best-of ideas so that we can deliver those solutions to our clients.

In 2018, Impact Partnership, a premier insurance marketing organization, chose Nolan to launch their agent training program. This program, the 12 Points of Impact, provides a monthly business- building idea and planning process to help advisors provide outstanding operations and solutions for their local clients.
Nolan married his high school sweetheart, Karen. They live in Waterville, Ohio, with their two sons. The family enjoys traveling, Boy Scouts, golfing, and boating, and attends Cedar Creek Church. The perfect winter weekend for the Bakers is watching their boys play youth hockey at Bowling Green State University.

Jeremy Baker, CSSCS

Financial Professional

Jeremy is certified in Social Security claiming strategies. Jeremy started his financial planning career as an American Express financial advisor, and later moved to Ameriprise Financial in December of 1999 after completing a Bachelor of Science in business finance and an Associate in Applied Science, Real Estate from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. He won the President’s Award in 2003 for advancing quality of advice. Jeremy has also worked for MetLife, serving clients as a financial advisor as well. He has a background in client service, detailed financial planning, wealth management, and has a vast knowledge of financial products and services. The “other” Mr. Baker has been a member of our team since 2018 after a successful period of coaching and scouting in the sport of hockey across the United States and Canada. Jeremy is still involved in scouting and is never too far from an ice arena. Jeremy serves as our certified Social Security claiming strategist as well as a resource for client service needs.

Scott O. Kerschner

Health & Benefits Specialist

Scott O. Kerschner is the director of America’s Medicare Associates, a division of America’s Retirement Headquarters. Scott manages the Medicare health and supplemental insurance policies for all our clients. He has a very rich background in Medicare and has been servicing clients for 25 years. President/Owner of Everest Financial

Gehad Youssef is the president/owner of Everest Financial, an independent financial advisory firm. Gehad has been in the business since 1986. He counsels with professionals, individuals, and small business owners on the array of financial vehicles available that will help with their individual goals. Chaz Price

Director of Plan Services

Chaz Price draws on nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry to assist clients at America’s Retirement Headquarters. Focused on overseeing the business’ daily activities, he takes a client-oriented approach to help individuals meet their objectives by developing financial plans encompassing areas such as retirement, investments, mortgages, college savings accounts, taxes, and insurance. Over the course of his career in the wealth management industry, Chaz has devised innovative strategies designed to address clients’ needs, ranging from retirement to estate planning. He has cultivated an extensive skill set in areas such as business development, fundamental security analysis, and capital market assumptions. In addition to his professional endeavors, Chaz belongs to the Rotary Club of Maumee, where he served as president of their board of directors during the 2020-2021 fiscal year. Chaz graduated from the University of Toledo with an MBA, as well as a bachelor’s of science in finance from the Bowling Green State University.

Karen Baker

Accounting and Billing

Karen runs all of the back office and operations for the company, including accounting and bookkeeping. When not at work, she spends her time with her two boys, Andrew and Carter, enjoying school activities, hockey, and Scouts.

Courtney Molnar

Director of Operations

Courtney is Nolan’s executive assistant and the team leader for our office. She is primarily responsible for working with our network of professionals, coordinating the different services we provide for our clients, and overseeing our office operations. Anytime our clients have service requests or questions, they can reach out to her directly. Courtney has been working with Nolan since 2010. She is a Castalia native and relocated to Toledo for college, where she now lives with her husband and two boys, William and Leo.

Jenny McCord

Event Coordinator

Jenny hails from Gibsonburg, Ohio, and moved to Toledo to attend the University of Toledo. She now lives in Sylvania with her husband, Brian, and their two daughters. She has over 12 years of event planning services under belt and loves hosting our clients at the many gatherings that ARHQ puts on. When she isn’t working, you can find Jenny enjoying Starbucks, Ohio State football, and spending time with her girls.

Andrew Baker

Marketing & Operations Specialist

Andrew is an Eagle Scout in The Boy Scouts of America. Less than 2% of youth who enter Scouts achieve this rank. He is attending Bowling Green State University where he is pursuing a degree in finance and business management. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his Jeep, gaming, and playing hockey.

Compliance & Portfolio Associate

Connor is our compliance guru and portfolio associate. He is currently attending Bowling Green State University, where he is majoring in finance and minoring in economics. His professional qualifications include the Series 65. He is also the VP of Finance for his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon. Outside of work, Connor’s main interests are golf, hockey, and being with friends.

William is a licensed financial professional and runs our Ann Arbor division. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has a passion for helping clients create a coordinated plan to help them better manage their money, help protect their assets, and plan their estate. He loves to play tennis and root on his local Detroit Lions.

Dan Raglin

Registered Representative

Dan served in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft mechanic crew chief. After the military, Dan had a 34-year career at General Motors. Dan is engaged and has two daughters. In his free time, he serves on a Resource Board at Eastern Michigan University and several committees at his church. His financial professional qualifications include Series 6, 63, and Life and Health licenses.

Viktoria Wilson

Financial Advisor

Viktoria is a licensed financial professional that loves helping people build a roadmap to a successful financial future. Her passion has always been about finance and that turned into a mission to help others to achieve their financial goals. Viktoria came to the United States after earning a master’s degree in Slovakia, where she was born and raised. She now lives in Michigan with her husband and three children, Sofia, Maika, and Nikolai. Viktoria loves spending time with family, traveling, baking bread and other traditional Slovak pastries.

Phil Ferraro III, FSCP®

Financial Advisor/Consultant

Phil Ferraro first learned about providing service to others when he served in the United States Marine Corps. After his active-duty service, he began serving families in and around the Jackson, Michigan area. Through the American College of Financial Services, Phil has continued his education and earned the professional designation as a Financial Services Certified Professional®. He enjoys spending time with his children, doing home improvement projects, traveling, and actively growing in his Christian faith.
